Context: Research continues to uncover the significant impact oral health has on various systemic conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, respiratory illnesses, and pregnancy-related complications. Despite this, oral health remains underemphasized in many healthcare settings. This workshop is designed to address this gap by highlighting the crucial role that health and social care professionals play in preventing and man-aging oral health issues that can affect patients' general health.
